Superstock Wheelie Bars???

Need some Tech support? Need to put some wheelie bars on our Challenger. curious on what type works the best? Leafspring or tubular. looking for as much adjustment i can get. it seems that most chassis cars have tubular and standard SS cars have Leafspring. just want to buy the correct ones.

Why not contact John Calvert and see about his single wheel wheely bar?

Or at least see what he might suggest?

Ive looked at that type. just not sure yet.

This is for your Stocker Challenger? If you are running a leaf spring suspension, then you do not want to run a solid wheelie bar. I tried real hard to make it work and was unsuccessful. Many launches to the wall or centerline. Then I used the AJE wheelie bars and loved them. But then they were deemed illegal for Stock.
I believe the old tried and true leaf spring wheelie bar as offered by Competition Engineering and others is the cheapest, easiest way out.
I've looked at the Ken Kier single wheelie bar that is Stock legal and like the concept. But I'm not sure he has one for a pumpkin style rear end like you have. I doubt it but call him and ask.
I looked at the Calvert wheelie bar today for the first time. I like it. If I were in Stock, I'd buy it. Reason is it takes the same concepts as the AJE wheelie bars (using a rocker for leverage) but in a way that is legal. The AJE required brackets welded to either the rear frame or a crossmember for uprights between the bars and the frame. Come to think of it...as I'm writing this I'm thinking that if the hardware was bolted on then it would be legal. Hmmmm,,,
