All the talk of new classes in Stock,I missed the fact that there will be a new Super Stock class.
AA - 5.50 to 5.9 Do any cars currently fit this class? |

Jeff, as funny as that sounds, I know a present SS racer that did all the leg work for that combo. Was going to run in A and go after the hemi cars before they were segregated! Had a nos body located and a letter from Shelby himself.
As much as I wouldn't want to hear and see the uproar, I thought it was an ingenious idea… |

Here's an article about the Gus Zuidema 427 Cobra that was raced in 1966.

Currently, there is an A class at 6.00 to 6.49.That would make an automatic at SS/AA Now,there is going to be an AA class at 5.50-5.99.That would make an automatic a SS/AAA I guess. But a stick in AA is also SS/AA? All these "A's" gets confusing! Last edited by 442OLDS; 12-04-2011 at 10:50 AM. |
