This might have been asked/answered previously, is an engine diaper required on a superstocker quicker than 9.99/135mph?

According to the rule book, No

Seems NHRA has let it up to the discretion of the track to decide if they choose to enforce the diaper rule.

It's not mandatory but it will soon be!
