I understand you get to claim 2 out of division races for your total. My question is; if you make 3 or even 4 out of div races,is it the first 2 you get points for or is it the best 2 you finish at?.......also I have been to 5 races so far,but only 3 inside my division, will I get the 30 first round points at my next home division race or only the 10 per round once I go past my worst round finish...haven’t been in this position in several years, kinda forgot how it works....Thanks Victor Penrod

I moved from Div 5 to Div 7, to ease my travel time/budget thus allowing me to race in more events within D7. That may not be an option for you, however chasing points in that division you went to for the two points meets (if the 3rd and 4th you spoke of are also in that same one), may be an ideal change to collect points from, and those 1-2 in your home division can become the out-of-division points races instead? Depending on where Div 7 schedules the two races we're going to lose once Rocky Mountain Raceway goes away from us after this season, I may be doing the same thing for a race or two? Good luck with what works best for you!

It will be your best 2 out of div. You have to count 3 in div.
Being you’ve been to 5 now you’ll start trying to improve on what you’ve done, but if you go to more out of div races you can only improve on your out of div points. If you go to more in div races you could improve on either in or out of races. |
