Everyone needs to go to NHRA.com and check out your points. Lots of people are wrong, including us.
They gave us 50 points for the Jegs Sportsnationals at Columbus and we were not even there. Noticed others are wrong also. You need to give NHRA a call if you find that yours are wrong. Patsy |

It appears that they gave points earned from the 2006 race. However many points you earned in 06 were given to you for 07. Drivers that weren't at the 2007 event received points (Lee, for instance, was in Commerce GA that weekend), and those that attended in 07 but not in 06 did not receive any points. Lee called Division 1 yesterday and they got his Stock points corrected, but Comp is still wrong. They said they weren't aware of a problem. Hopefully, someone will get this taken care of...soon. Time to get on the phone, I guess!

It sure is interesting to find I was the runner-up at Noble this past weekend. I thought all along I got beat atthe Fall Classic at Indy in the second round. I wonder when I'm going to gert my runner-up money.

This just keeps getting better! According to NHRA points, the Stock winner at Noble was Chris Jackson. James Paul may be wondering about his points from that race. Lee hasn't gotten any points listed for Noble, nor has Michael Iacono or Peter Biondo.
I also believe there is a problem with the "little" points from Commerce. There were 65 cars, but one was DQ'd and never placed on the ladder - points were given as if there were over 64 cars on the ladder (ie; 30, 40, 50, 61, etc) but should have been 30, 40, 51, 62 etc. Correct me if I'm wrong. Maybe the "Pending Review" on the points listing should read "Pending Review of the Reviewer". |

I was looking at the complete division one points standings for stock, and it dosent even show that I raced at Atco, and other people already received points for Atco. It not just hurting the point leaders, but the low guys as well...Todd

Completely amaizing, This has to be a first. Any ideas on what else they could have made a numbers mistake on? Maybe taxes too? That would suck. Oops? Hey its a growing trend in the big corporate world. The bigger the corporate operation the less efficient its becomes. That's the world today, as long as people keep putting money into the stock market and expecting to make money that particular way, this will be the result. Its a bad and embedded practice full of ****! So, its early and I'm sick but that's, life in the face of well needed recession. That's right recession! Yes, that's what we need to realize the state of our corporate world in America. Our first and foremost assests of manufacturing and serices are so depleted that the pencil pushers have taken over with their lies and the stock holders are pushing them to the edge of a 401k ludicrous reality. Concluded...please stop buying stocks and use your money for building small buisness. Good morning, thank you ...lol..I'm done..cough cough..jason.

You know they didn't do it on purpose. They made a mistake. Bring it to their attention, and they'll fix it.

You are an honest person-I just emailed NHRA and told them that they had a problem with the points they had listed for people, indicating that someone had gotten points from Columbus AND Atlanta and that they needed to check into it with out indicting who it was. I got back a response they would be doing so-that was last week-still no change. Of course, Mike Johnson just got Arnie Martel's points for being the runner-up in Comp at Noble and Joey Tanksley got Todd Paterson's points for winning the race. Checking points yesterday of some people I know there were numerous errors.
Today theirs are mostly right except I found one person who is credited with points from 6 divisionals! Probably not the only one. |
