I normally use isopropyl alcohol for checking chamber and port volumes, can't seem to buy any right now, what else works?

Windshirld waster fluid. It's cheap, easy to find, and a gallon will last you for ever. The winter -40 type the summer stuff is more of a soap and can foam up.
