Midwest cylinder head repaired a head for me years ago. did a great job good price and fast service. they are in Iowa if my memory serves me correct.

Tri State-Cylinder Head in Evansville, Indiana does cast iron head welding. Mainly diesel, but they may do automotive as well. 812-421-0095

Indy cylinder head fixed a cast iron head for me 20 years ago.it was great.

Hey Rich,

I've used lock n stitch for cast iron repairs. Top-notch welding. They're in California, though.

You may want to find someone who could spray weld it nearby.
