On my application form I asked for my old number from 20yrs ago if it was available and I got it. I just sent the form to the person that was in the info for the application.

About 10 years ago now, when I renewed my license/membership, I requested a change from #7551 to #7503 (my Grandpa's). Just sent in a letter requesting the change along with my renewal paperwork. They issued me #7503 for both classes. Pretty easy, actually.
