KELSON & KELSON STOCK/SUPERSTOCK SERIES - RACE 9 REPORT
Greenfield Dragway, September 22, 2024
Race Sponsor: A1 Towing (Glen Walker)

The second race of the ACSSA points series doubleheader at Greenfield Dragway on Sept. 21 kicked off under hazy skies. This race was sponsored by A1 Towing, another sponsor who has been with the ACSSA since our first season. Thank You Glen! After two rounds of Qualifying, we headed into the 1st Round with 16 cars making the call. The weather saw increasing cloud through the day, with Temperatures mostly in the 60s, a DA varying from 1000-1500', and Water Grains hovering around 55-58. Scott Underhill earned the top spot with his US Nationals Class Winning 1971 T-37 at a stout -1.408 under his 1/4th mile Index of 11.85.

Our ACSSA Race 9 Winner was Ryan Thibeault, with Jeff Kempton finishing in the Runner-Up spot. Congrats to both!
