I have a 1964 A/FX Comet replica that was built to look like Dyno Don Nicholson's legendary car.
I bought it from Randy DeLisio, noted Thunderbolt, Cobra, Shelby restorer. Engine is a 482 "stroker" Side-Oiler FE (510 HP) with a C-6 trans built by Gene McBean (standard pattern w/shift kit), 2800 converter. Fiberglass front fenders, hood, bumper, doors, and decklid with Lexan side glass and rear window. 9 IN Ford Nodular rear with new Moser 3:89 Trak-Lok, 31 spline axles. Car could easily be run in N/SS. A real head turner! Over $70K invested-----$34K OBO. see this link: http://www.cars-on-line.com/47602.html For pix, email: dhall9251@aol.com Cell: (330) 618-2617 Last edited by DandyDon; 08-06-2010 at 05:10 PM. Reason: Typo----change in price. |
