I don't think NHRA has been using VHT for decades . I think just recently they changed to VHT (PJ1) from VP

I know it has i know the owner of the company in scotsdale , but NHRA has or had a contract to use VP until recently , not sure now though as the traction at The Two national events i went to was good and i saw the VHT or PJ! stuff being used at Vegas but there was also of vp barell i am asuming the vp stuff was either for the local track races or left over ?

I saw the VP barrels along with the PJ1 last fall at the Divisional. The VP barrels were M-1 alcohol they were surely using as cut.

Glad they are using VHT this year.
Mike they have been using VP at National Events for the last several years, and the divisionals were up to the track, this I know for sure.
