I,m building a 4th gen Camaro ,I have a 350/330 crate motor now but hope to put in a lt1 in the future. The headers I have are 3 1/2 out . Are they too big for my application ?

Mike, what you need is Larry Meaux's PipeMax software. It will help you choose the best possible header for your combination. Look for MaxRace Software. Best money you'll spend, pays for itself on the first set of headers you buy. Tell Larry I sent you.

Mike, Your primary tubes should be 1 7/5 inches. The collectors should be 2 1/2 inches. If you use a merge collector the 2 1/2 inches should be the minor diameter. The major, or larger size, can be almost any size you want. I know this sounds awfully small but we set national records with this formula. If you don't think it works just bolt a street reducer on your 3 1/2 collectors [3 1/2 to 2 1/2] and see what happens. This the cheapest way and I think you will be be surprised. Mike I am sorry old fingers and key boards don't mix. The primary tube size should be 1 3/4. sorry about that.
