I've sent Pat boxes for repair/update 3 different times in the past, and personally have not had any issues.
Makes me wonder what's going on right now?

I have had 3 boxes done in the last 3 weeks for Friends in Canada, picked up last box from Pat last week, spot on work and price, i have his boxes in all 3 of my cars.

Wow don't know what story I'm getting now from Pat. Left messages on his telephone. Texted a message to his phone as this has worked for some others.And left a message via his facebook page.Called a friend I think of his (got friend's number from a friend of mine). As this has happened to others. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Finally got a message via face book that he was " off the grid for the last 20days.And I'll get my parts back this coming week.Now Brian says he has been working all along and ignoring other customer's. So what's the deal Pat!

One more thing I had forgotten to say. Last week after too many calls and messages left I called my credit card company. Asked for my $625 deposit to Techwest be returned. We will see how that turns out. Oh I'm still out my MSD 7AL2 plus box as of now. Yo Ken I apologize for the bs drama. I hate it but wanted potential customers to know what the truth is,
