Default Re: Tracking Ian

I just talked to the friends of mine down there and said it is better now. He said some damage and still some winds but the worst appears to be over. They are at Disney World and that area is on the edge of the path and not hit as hard as other areas. Very good news for me. I told them "see you when you get back."

With that being said, I have seen the overwhelming devastation in some parts of Florida. I am grateful that my friends are O.K. but that doesn't lessen the impact on this region. It will take months and tons of help to allow this area to recover.

My family that is traveling from here that are in Tennessee will get the storm sometime late Saturday. My prayers are for them to be safe.
Update - - Just talked with the family and they are heading west early Saturday morning.

Prayers for the people in Florida and the surrounding areas in the path of Hurricane Ian.
