So have found something that is revolutionary! I have added Tree Bark to my diet and feel great! One of the down sides of eating tree bark is you get extreme gas so you need to warn others around you that it could be a replay of Blazing Saddles. The other problem is the bark will get stuck in your teeth and you may have to get needle nose pliers to pull the bark out of your teeth. You can see in the photo where I have been chewing on the tree!
Cannot up load the tree photo but it is on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid....2444844496489 |

I used to chew cinnamon sticks in college thinking it was natural health mostly just dried my mouth out and tasted like wood. I?ve also tried pine needle tea and birch sap, cool for a weekend, but not exactly sustainable. If you?re after fiber/minerals, chia, oat bran, or even seaweed treats are way easier. And yeah, some trees are sketchy for DIY experiments, like black cherry or yew. These days I just let an AI nutritionist app dial in what I actually need. Quick quiz, it adapts the supplement plan over time, and the dosing reminders kept me consistent without overthinking it.
