Well, it is a beautiful day here in Bowling Green. A lot cooler -67 when stock ran. For all of you A/SA competitors who are headed to Indy--this morning Johns dialed 10.01 and ran 9.99. So be ready Mustangs, he is ready for you. I guess all of us old cars might as well stay home.
Other notes from this morning--Bennett and Cummings red-lighted. Kadar looked like he forgot to turn on the 2-step and left before the lights came down. Lots of people have already left for Indy. Bridges lost on purpose last night and was gone 1st thing this morning. Bailey didn't show up for 2nd round, so evidently he is headed there, too. We are going on to Indy, but have to make a business stop on Monday morning, so we won't be there until Monday afternoon. We will be posting when we get there. I will post more later from here as the day goes on. Patsy |

Patsy,
Thanks a BUNCH for all the great pictures (VERY enjoyable viewing; especially, since you identify most of the cars), but also for the tidbits of info about Bennett, Kadar, et al.... With DRC only posting the winners, it's a valuable thing you do to inform us of exactly HOW some of these cars lose. Your comments about the new A/SA cars are much appreciated, too. Good luck at Indy, and have a safe trip!

It is still a beautiful day here in Bowling Green. They just called Round 4 up, so just a little tidbit for now.
Here are the #'s for the Challenger's run this morning: 1.335, 4.013, 6.308, 107.01, 8.301, 9.993, 133.14 Indy should be interesting!! More later. |
