DeFrank was only behind by .002 at the 1000ft. he was catching him and every mark and was going to get around boudeau if he stayed in it.

Well, it is official--5 cars were pitched--Holzman AA/SA, Nicholson A/SA, Pierce, Bishop B/S, Boudreau.
The final sheet still is not out. I am going to figure out who we have in the morning. More later. It is dinner time. Larry is supposed to cook cabbage and kelbasa, but I think he just wooshed out on me. So I guess it is leftovers. Patsy |

Chad Holzman wasn't tossed so he must have won. Looks like the runnerup got tossed.

Jim Boudreau is all about class. He was .002 to the good at the 1000' mark and at that point the contest was very much up in the air. Jim DeFrank dumped and Jim took the win. THEN after the race Jim Boudreau ran the numbers on his time slip and determined that DeFrank would have won the race. NEXT Jim Boudreau took the class trophy over to Jim DeFrank's pit and gave him the trophy - saying that it looked like Jim DeFrank would have been the clear winner. The Boudreau and DeFrank camps have a great deal of respect for each other. I hope this balances Jim Boudreau's Karma account. Not that he needs it.

Herb jr I know I don't need to, but I will defend Mr. Wright. He explained to you before in a post that he was just having fun no disrespect in anyway. Ed talks about that car all the time. He says it's the standard in JA. Maybe not anymore since he got beat. He has nothing but respect for the guy. Ed is like me everything on his car isn't the best money can buy. He runs pretty damn well with what he has. I enjoy hanging out with him at the races. He isn't the bad guy you think he is. Sorry Ed I had to. Hope to see you down the road.
