If you guys leave on Sunday morning you should be able to get to Indy in time for the Division 3 lid lifter, which will have about 100 to 130 Stockers. Good luck. Mike

they allowed the Sportsman guys to pay the money and run with the Pro test session, not sure if they still do it but you were able to get about 4 to 5 Hits. #746 E/SA Bob Aceves A&M motorsports

Just a question? Why would you drive 2000 miles with a car that's basically untested to go to a national event where the chances of even getting there on time are not good?

Dave and Drooze, Looks like INdy weather is 50% at best right now according to what I have seen for the weather. Do not think that there is a test and tune at the Texas(Div4) on THursday. I still think that your best shot at making this road trip of some benefit would be to see if there is a test and tune there at Vegas on Monday after the event is over. It is 1235 miles from there to the Texas meet. It is 1835 miles back to Indy. Check the weather forecast for Texas for next week, and if looks good, you can test Vegas Monday and tkae your time if the car is right and take 3 days to run 1250 miles or about 425 miles give or take a day and not be dog tired when you get to a divisional meet next week. . So your not all the way home after the points meet is over next week end...your won't be home if you run Indy either. Pretty sure you would have another 300 mile haul from INdy to get home anyway. Just another idea.....You can make Texas a whole lot easier that Indy and still get the 30 points minimum. I'm pullin for you guys, just hate to see you beat yourselvs up and be dog tired at the race...be there, done that, sure isn't near as much fun, and you certainly aren't nearly as clear headed. More chances to make bad calls, or even worse not make a judgement call to do things that you need to be doing. Myron Stutes Columbus,Oh
