Yep, looks like he has "his race face on" !!! OOPS!.. I noticed the little sneer on his face and the "look" at the trash bag on the dash... must have been some odor in the car! Beard, have you been eating and sleeping in that car and forget to take the trash out?

I propose that we establish an "ATTABOY" sticky for Mr Beard.....at least until he shows a reversal of form!

That Sticky may be up for a while... Knowing Beard the way I do I would bet the "reversal of form" will take a while. He is subject to bask in the afterglow of success...

Hey, that pic is a helluva lot better than the winner's circle pics! I didn't talk about it much on this forum, but I came down with Bell's Palsy the middle of March. It's basically facial paralysis affecting just one side of your face. I just started getting the muscle back in the right side of my face 1.5-2 weeks ago. I still can't blink my right eye (great for staring at the tree!) ;-) I just started drinking out of a can w/o a straw last Saturday at Bristol (although it still helps for wider-mouthed containers like a Gatorade bottle). The winner's circle pics are *gruesome*. Since half my mouth still doesn't work that well, the big grin turned out to look more like Two-Face from the Batman movie.

Oh, well... a second World Championship and a second straight Spring Nationals (errr... Spring Nitro Jam) win makes up for it!

Thanks, y'all! It was an unbelievable weekend!

I know you class guys don't keep up with these things.Michael was also the 2009 bracket finals champ. I'm sure no one has won the bracket finals and the world championship in the same year.
