John,

You can't go wrong with any of the brand name Syn Lubes.. You only need to run one Qt. Hope this helps ....

I've always run the redline lightweight. However considering the luck I have had with the Joe Gibbs engine oil, I have just put their superspeedway/qualifying gear lube in the camaro

I would stay away from that lighweight oil, seen a few failures when i was at Jerico. There is no shock resistance with that oil,we also seen a lot of gear tips with raised tips.Chad trust me drain it,your asking for problems with it.The circle jerks warm there trans and rear ends before they make a lap..If u need names that can tell u there experience with it e-mail me krperformance1220@yahoo.com

I run 1 1/2 to 2 quarts....it is a pretty large housing. I am sure it would be slightly faster with 1 but I am nervous about damage.
