plan on being in the grass. the reason they paved up there was for the pros. and that still might not be enough. the word is spectators will be parking in a nearby dirt rack and then bused in. good luck. |

Go to google earth and type in New England Dragway. The picture is about a year old. The wooded area just beyond the "upper" pits was cleared out last year. I have not been there this year so I don't know if that area was paved or not. During the Div. last year most of Stock and SS were pitted in the area to the right of the entrance road. All the area from the staging lanes to the end of the 1/4 are paved. The early bird spectators will start parking on the left side of the track in the dirt behind the hill and once the parking is full they are using the parking area down the road at Star Speedway just down the road. I only have Sunday off so I will be there to see the big boys run and the last to rounds of the real racers(S/SS). I hope there are some ASRA guys still there.
