If you look carefully, it looks like the sun is hitting the car at a low angle. The angled piece is the edge of the front spoiler. The block under it is just the sun hitting the front of the lower A arm. Under that it looks like the headers.

I know someone that uses a beam breaker,flips a switch and it comes out and its legel per rules
