thats what happens when you use a 100 amp battery charger and piece of coat hanger wire to weld your brackets to the rear end housing

Looks like one of those wanna be super stocker. I heard through the grape vine that the chassis shop who did this specialize in stocker motors especially fuel injected pontiac's.
