We just got home last night from the jaunt out west. 16 days gone, 8 of which were spent traveling. I've had better times, lol. Thank God we won something!

Timbo wanted me to tell everyone thanks for the congrats! He brought the trophy home on the plane from Minnesota with him, wasn't going to risk someone breaking into the motor home, lol.

And Mr. FireSail...
Embarrassed because a handful of people congratulated him on winning his first national event? Probably not the word I'd use. The Fletcher kid, as you so eloquently put it, kept his composure with a car that was having issues and hit the tree in the final. Over the top proud would be little more accurate. So very sorry to disappoint you.

I would like to send my congrats to Tim. Anyone who wins an event, regardless of what they did at the last one or who his father is, still gets my respect. Great job young man. Good luck in the future

Dan, Mr FireSail's post was so idiotic that it didn't deserve a response.

To win just one race is a huge accomplishment, especially these days. Winning 1 out of 3 would be what most racers could only deeply hope for.

Congrats to Tim and family.
