Quote of the race so far: " I hope I won enough money at the casino last night to pay for the freight on these springs that got here this morning" Jennifer McCormack. Jennifer had to have AM delivery or she would not have enough time to install the springs and make the second qualifying run so she could get on the sheet. The spring got replaced and the she goes out and qualifies in the number 12 spot. Talk about quality interchangeable parts, she got them!
We have four rounds today in stock. It looks to be a good group of fans that have showed up to camp, party, and watch the races. Hope to get to watch some of the other races today. If your going to be here at night make sure to bring plenty of LA. perfume (OFF) to keep the blood suckers at bay. Last edited by Larry Hill; 09-24-2016 at 06:41 AM. |

Well our weekend is over and done for thanks to Randi Lyn!! Larry's bad light and her .005 light was the race!! Talk about some good races this morning!! Be sure and look at the eliminations on DRC. Lots of really close races! But did you notice all the world champions that are at this race along with lots of former event winners, too. It was definitely tough out there this morning! Well it is time for breakfast, so more later.

29 pairs of cars. Only 4 red lights in r1. If you take the .219 and .105 lights out for all winners, the worst light was a .069 and an average of .037. Eight .00x lights,, and Fletcher was trip zip.

Here are a few more pics from this weekend! The internet has been so bad during the day that I haven't been able to upload them. Also we have been over here at the round track all weekend with no radio reception! It worked for about 5 minutes this afternoon. So we couldn't even hear what was going on! And nothing from the speakers over here either. Then tonight, they call all classes up to the lanes while the Pros were still running. That is round 2 of stock, super stock, super comp, super gas, top dragster, and top sportsmen all at the same time! Then because the spectators were all leaving, they closed the gate and wouldn't let anyone out, so you had to turn around and go back thru the tunnel to get to the staging lanes! Talk about a royal screw up!!
Anyway here are some pics! ![]() The FAST cars in the Country Dog dog pound!! ![]() |
