To Tom Meyer: Please read page 150 of the 2008 rulebook, it seems very clear about the rule.

I spoke to a tech guy named Pat in Glendora yesterday, He said the rule is final and the only change is possibly giving a weight break for 2-Speeds.

So as the "Ol' KVIE Guy" Tommy Turner says "get off your wallet."
