Onan diesel help in Bowling Green

Our onan 12k diesel has decided to surge rpm. It changes rpm enough that the output voltage varies about 8 volts. Any suggestions of what to look for or someone in Bowling Green area that can work on it?

We had this same problem. Ours ended up being a bad bearing on the shaft of the rotor which was wearing on the stator. Had to replace both rotor and stator. Not saying this is your problem but this is what we found. Any luck on getting it fixed?
