I left Photobucket years ago and moved to https://imgur.com/ Always works perfectly for link sharing.

I have a Flickr Pro account but the price just keeps going up after SmugMug bought it from Yahoo. I'm looking, too. Here is a list to think about.

I have had great success with Google Photo and Google Drive. Both allow me to keep photos and files on their servers and share items I want to share, and keep items in other folders I don't want shared. Can access from my computer or phone too.
