The Indy schedule is up on the NHRA website. A few observations; Stock and Super Stock get 2 runs on Wednesday, BOTH Stock and Super Stock will start Class Eliminations on Thursday at 8:20 AM, and Stock and Super Stock will run Rd 1 of Eliminations on Friday at 8:20 AM. This indicates to me that there will be minimal, if any, time in tear down to check for legality.
Here is a link to the schedule - http://www.nhra.net/2022/nhraracer/N...t_Schedule.pdf

Wow parking on Sunday! That has to be a first. Also when do the Super Street racers get to park. No parking listing for them.

Disappointed they’re not trying to do the traditional schedule for class, and of course any delays for weather, breakage or technical will mean top two qualifiers run for class or worse yet top qualifier gets it. Lonnie, was last year’s show from the barn just a tease?
Sunday parking? Wow, Bowling Green will be a ghost town on Sunday; lots of singles?

But on the bright side it's back to a 5 day event with finals on Monday. No AHFS in place. And it looks like a normal class eliminations not just the 2 fastest. This will be my first Indy in a few years, glad to see it's back to the way it was a few years ago. Thanks BP
And if that's not enough Joe DeMarzo has entered. Last edited by B Parker; 07-12-2022 at 04:06 PM. |

Don’t worry about Indy tear down we were invited after second round of eliminations and we were r/u for class! If they want you in the barn you will have the pleasure to enjoy the Indy experience! Best of luck see you at the Big Go👍

This is 100% right they came and found me for a special 2:30 pm immediate request to come tear down after being excited I had a year off in the barn. Indy without it has zero credibility.

Terribly disappointed both Stock and SS class on same day. Really a shame. Wanted to be able to just enjoy stock class, have a few beers and help my friends out and not have to be busy with my junk.
It used one of the great things about Indy. |
