Following the good post on the 69 Camaro SS spoiler subject, a question pop-up in my mind and I need your point of view regarding a portion of the text in the Stock Class rules: Section 11A, Page 10, BODY:7 section, end of the paragraph:
TEXT: In front-wheel-drive vehicles, air dams and spoilers that were available through the manufacturer are permitted front and rear. Do this also mean that front and rear spoiler aren’t mandatory? Specifics examples: Dodge SRT4 or Cobalt SS supercharged. Thanks in advance. |

Got my answer from Mr. Pat Cvengros, Pacific Division Technical Director, who is answering for the Division 1 Technical Services at this time:
No, that would not be acceptable. If you’re going to say it’s an SRT4 it must look like an SRT4 So, thanks to Mr. Pat Cvengros, |
