Steve, Would you have a mid-80's (I'm pretty sure), ND that show's a from the rear pic of Steve Bagwell's '64 Plymouth Savoy SS/BA from the final round of the Cajun Nationals?

Do you also have any Car Craft Magazines (specifically the April 1972 issue), with Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins' Winternationals winning '72 Chevy Vega on it?

Might you also have a collection of SS/DI (Super Stock & Drag Illustrated), magazines from the '70's or '80's?

After Easter I will dig through my tubs Gary...I have a lot of all 3 listed from that era. Will take a while but may find some of what you seek.

On the Bagwell photo...I need a date. It's time consuming to look through those things. Please narrow it down for me and I am happy to check.

I may have the CC issue...can check tonight.

I do have some SS&DI, but I am not looking to part with any just yet as I haven't had the chance to go through them for my purposes.

Smile Re: Indy 1988

Thanks Gary and Steve.

I'm not sure about the date on the Cajun Nationals magazine, but if memory serves me correctly, that race ran in either April or May, so I'm thinking the June or July issues would have it. I'm thinking the year was 1979, but it might've been in the early '80's?

As for SS/DI, I told Steve Wann that I recall seeing a picture of his dad "Don" in I think that magazine from the mid-late '70's when I saw a him with a "French Curled" mustache. Given the soft spot I have in my heart for the "Old West" and "Spaghetti Westerns", I thought it was super cool to see his dad with that look, and Steve even told me he'd like to see that too.

As far as the Car Craft magazine is concerned, I'm positive it was the April 1972 issue.

I don't need the magazines, I'd just like to see those pictures.

Thanks
