Congrats Phil Mandella

I would like to be the first to congratulate Phil Mandella for being named Lucas Oil Crewchief of the Year for Division 7.

Phil not only works like an Eveready Rabbit on his own team but is routinely bouncing from one team to another fixing something or just providing advice from his personal storehouse of knowledge and experience. Whether its on the starting line or laying under some SuperStocker adjusting the muffler bearings he gives of his time and guidance without asking anything in return. Personally, I would not be able to compete the way we do without his guidance. I am also very proud to call him my friend along with the whole Mandella family. Special honors should go to Mary for being the cornerstone of such a wonderful support team which is the Mandella family. I know that Phil Jr., Tony, and all the PMR team share in the honors and are extremely proud of their leader.....as are Nancy and I.
