They're both "guil;ty (assumed light in Fred's case; PROVEN light in Sorensen's.)

Same result should be imposed on both. No way to prove that Fred's car was of the correct weight.
Henson's run was on a redlight 1st round at the D4 points race in Belle Rose. He was not required to go to the scales, he did not "AVOID" the scales. I was helping a friend that weekend and we were parked next to fred, I assure the car wasn't light and he didnt mean to do it
