The reason I like the idea of placing a cool can at the rear of the system is I believe it may cool the fuel down without the flow restrictions you MAY have with a cool can (I'm talking traditional store bought item) at the front of the system. I see the rule book allows for a cool can. It does not say were it has to be. Front or rear, it's purpose is to cool the fuel and I see that as being an allowable modification. FYI - I've run a cool can with a return line fuel system. I have personally found no benefit to a cool can with this system. I think the return style fuel system in itself cools the fuel more so than a one-way system and that amount seems to be adequate. That's just what I've found.
