Park gear trouble.

I had my PG "freshened" and now have a problem with park. On an 10% incline and when tightening the tie downs it will not hold. I now use an chain and binder as "back up" on the trailer up front and back. Without the back up the car acts like I am towing it in neutral. Money is tight so I can not afford a new trans and the freshener says no warranty on racing trans. I left his name out on purpose (in Conn.).
