Default Re: Moroso Front Trick Drag Spring - 66 Impala?

I have tried Morosos in a 66 A body and found them to sag over time, and Moroso is not forthcoming with detailed specs to help cross-apply their parts to different applications.
OTOH, I have been happy with Moog coils and have the specs on them. For your car, I suggest looking at these springs/specs, for a 66 6 cylinder Impala, or similar with 3.812" I.D.:

#6190; .63 wire; 11.75" load height; 1546 load; 290 lb/in; 17.07" free height

#662A; .64; 11.75; 1906; 272; 18.74

#6080; .59; 10.5; 1214;272;14.96

#6246; .59; 10.5; 1365; 272; 15.51
Other springs from Moog run 308-414 lb/inch so probably wouldn't work well with a SBC. I don't know how many of the above are still available. Surprisingly, Amazon.com sells Moog springs often at a good price. I used the Moog Oct. 1981 catalog.
