caltracs and mono springs

Hey everyone new to the site. I have a problem my mono spring dowl pin that lines up the rear end to the spring. when I put the dowl on the center hole on the spring pad on the rear end it moves my tire forward and it almost touches the wheel well if I move the rear end to the forward hole on the spring pad everything seems good everything is even.Im just wondering what problems might come from moving it forward in this position. I called calvert and everything they sent was right on they cant even figure out why it doesnt line up on the center hole on the spring pad my front hanger is in the stock position and stock hanger for a 22" leaf spring. I had ss springs on it before and couldnt hook up. I guess I should have put my combo first. 69 charger 426 hemi 4 speed mcleod soft loc clutch dana 60 4.10 locker M/T 28 10.5 15 slicks.Anyone have this problem on a dodge b body. Thanks
