LODRS (lack of) Payouts

Really, that is what inspired this thread .My friend asked me to look up what he was supposed to get, thinking they made a mistake.
I'll be damned if I could find that info ..They keep it a big secret because it's such an embarrassment.
I found that Div 1 and 7 charges an extra $10 entry, but the round money is padded up more.
I don't get The Ragster, but I've been told the Nat'l payout is hard to find too. It used to be at the bottom of all the event ads..I guess they're ashamed of that too.
