Can someone help me answer this?!

They definetly werent hill holders. Back in 83 on a Montana winter power line construction job we left a Mico Brake on all day {ebrake cables were ripped off}. Got out after lunch in winter when we left the engine run all day, shut the door and watched the truck take off down the hill & out of site dragging a generator and scattering material for well over 1/4 of a mile.
