45 years since Cobra Jet program launch

Jessee, way back when I had hair, at Southland Dragway in Houma the Ford Dealer had a 68 CJ 428, we had a 69 Coronet R/T 440, and the Chevy dealer had a Chevelle and we would just try to kill each other at the track. Anyone on any day could beat the other. I can freely admit I am trying to do it again but on a regional basis. We have the same three dealers that are still here. The Chevy dealer recently found his car and is having it restored, and the Ford dealer is looking for his. Mine went under one too many storms, but we owned it seven times. Yall were first then and spurred the market, and I think yall slipped in again, but we coming to get you. We did not know till later how much fun we were having.
