Like Mark I ship daily with all the major carriers. Occasionally they lose stuff. Most times it turns up later. Just file a claim with a copy of the receipt or a breakdown of what the parts cost and they should pay the claim. Only claims I have ever had denied are ups where they always say improper packaging.
