Two years ago joe Mocci was not allowed to run at englishtown for a weight infraction. Did they change this rule recently? I do see how he would have to pass if he won first round so it kind of makes sense that he is in. I always threw extra weight in the car for Q1 just to avoid it ever happening to me but I guess I don't have to anymore.
