Decided to replace pistons too. At the end of the honing, I will be at .075" over, and WAY too much piston-to-wall ( .012" - .013" ). I like .009"

I have set my Schebecks at .003" and have had no trouble. I wonder if the extra clearance is allowing the "pucks" to get hammered too hard?
What does everybody use for clearance with these lifters?
