Dallas Raceway ... again???

I went to their web site this weekend to see how the new timing equipment was coming and when they would be open again. We want to head there a couple times to test and tune some new parts before the rescheduled points meet in July. This is what is posted:

NOTICE: Dallas Raceway is still owned by Kenny Barnes.

Sorry for all the information that was posted about the new owner of the track, this only made a delay on the races as scheduled.
We are going to be meeting with the bank and hope to resume the previously full schedule of races as soon as possible.
Kenny Barnes still owns Dallas Raceway and is a man of his word.

Did I miss something?
