I guess this is a take off on Bruce Noland's post in the Stock/Superstock drivers only column.
NHRA's new rule about NOT letting under 18 yr old drivers compete any longer ranks right up there with public officals acting confused when street racing increases after they shut down a drag strip to build more houses or a strip mall.
