electric throttle stop

i have a 4 hole dedenbear electric stop i've used for quite a while.my car isn't super powerful only running 136 mph in sst.my problem is occasionally the car spins coming off the stop and i also wonder if the stop slamming open causes fuel mixture issues.i wonder if an adjustable rate pneumatic stop would help cure these issues by slowing the opening and closing rate.it seems like it wouldnt be hard to make adjustable dampening device like a dashop for the electric stop
