battery charging between rounds?

Thanks Mike. That's a good idea about contacting someone in the know and asking. I've found a plug and play device on the Corvette forum that installs in 15 minutes and allows normal "street" operation of the fans and the ability to run them anytime also by pressing a button on a key fob. In my mind, and looking at the wording of the rule book, the Meziere pump is not different as going down to NAPA and buying a replacement pump as it still runs all of the factory belts but it also allows manual operation at the flip of a switch. Boy, if it was legal, that would be the way (with the manual fan switch) to regulate the water temperature even if is was going to be 180 as Ed suggested.
