Default S/S gt weight classification 1965 Malibu

If I understand correctly In superstock gt the class has to be determined using the shipping weight of the heaviest engine. I see the heaviest is 3165 on nhra classification. With a hp factor of 200, this would make it 3165/200= 15.825, making it a natural gt/m. Am I going about this correctly? If I am does this mean I can make the minimum weight 2970?
Gt/m = 14.0 or more, so 14.0x200+170=2970. Thanks
