Here is what I was talking about earlier when I referred to having an extra layer of security for my Paypal account...
 The size of a credit card, it has an embedded chip which generates a random six digit code and displays it in the window. I must enter this code for any transaction no matter how simple. I have to use this to even log-on to Paypal's site and have it tied to Ebay's site as well. You guys need to get one of these.
