Bench Racing: FWD converision-what would you build?

I have always thought it was cool seeing a FWD converted to RWD for racing, especially the GT cars, like that maroon Caddy Eldorado. With that in mind, I had an idea for bench racing:

If budget didn't matter, and you were to build a SS (or IHRA Crate Stock) car, and could only start with a FWD to convert, what would you build? Or what is your favorite existing one?

I am a mainly Ford guy, but a 2000 or so Buick Regal 4dr would be cool, make mine dark blue with a high-winding small block or LS motor. I dreamt of one and thought that would be cool. My fav is that Caddy though.
